Bachelor’s Admissions
List of Majors
Our Bachelor’s program is an American-style four-year degree program that is based on the Liberal Arts Educational Model and is designed to prepare graduates to succeed in a wide variety of occupations. It is aligned with the HEC 2020 Undergraduate policy.
Admission Requirements:
- All applicants must take the FEAT (Forman Entrance Admission Test) Accuplacer conducted by FCCU, which tests English and Mathematics skills. In addition to FEAT:
- Bachelor of Studies in Biotechnology requires a subject-specific test.
- Bachelor of Studies in Computer Science requires two additional Mathematics tests (Quantitative Reasoning, Algebra and Statistics, and Advanced Algebra and Functions).
- Students applying for Bachelor of Studies in Biotechnology must have studied Biology in Intermediate or in any other equivalent qualification (A Level, High School, or IB).
- Requirements for applying for Bachelor of Studies in Computer Science:
- Studied Mathematics in Intermediate or in any other equivalent qualification. Students with a pre-medical (Intermediate) or an equivalent background are also eligible to apply. If they secure admission, they must pass two Mathematics deficiency courses of 6 credit hours within the first year of their Bachelor’s studies.
- Minimum 50% marks are required in Intermediate or in any other equivalent qualification.
- Admission is based on previous academic performance, FEAT result, and additional tests (if applicable).
- Copies of Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) Equivalence Certificate(s) must be submitted by students who are from GCE O/A Level, High School, or IB backgrounds.
- Admission requirements are the same (as mentioned above) for students transferring from other universities to FCCU.
Application Criteria for Early Admissions (Conditional/Provisional Admissions)
- Students who have passed their Intermediate Part I and will be taking Part 2 exams in May/June, are allowed to apply on a conditional basis. If they secure admission, it will be a conditional/provisional offer. Admission will be confirmed when we receive the complete Intermediate result within the allotted time frame. (Minimum 50% marks are required for Bachelor of Studies in Computer Science.)
- Students who have passed 8 GCE O Level subjects (Equivalence from lBCC required) and will be taking GCE A Level papers in summer, will be allowed to apply on a conditional basis. If they secure admission, it will be a conditional/provisional offer. Admission will be confirmed when we receive a copy of the A Level result (within the allotted time frame) showing that the student has passed at least 3 A Level exams (No AS accepted). A Level Equivalence from IBCC will be required as soon as it becomes available. (Minimum 50% marks are required for Bachelor of Studies in Computer Science.)
- All documents submitted must be attested by a Gazetted Officer.
Application Criteria for Regular Admissions (Complete Results Available):
- Students who have completed Intermediate, A Level, High School, IB, or DAE (from a recognized Technical Board) are eligible to apply.
Important Note: Each applicant can apply to one program only. So, do not try to submit multiple Admission Forms, as only one Admission Form will be considered. If you apply to Bachelor of Studies in Biotechnology, Bachelor of Studies in Business, or Bachelor of Studies in Computer Science but are not on the Merit of any of these programs, instead you are on the Merit of Bachelor of Studies (includes 23 majors), you will be offered admission accordingly.
Documents Required
For Intermediate and Technical Board*:
- Attested copy of the Matriculation Result Card.
- Attested copy of the Intermediate Part 1 and 2 or DAE (from a recognized Technical Board).
- Clear copy of the B-Form / CNIC.
- Clear copy of the Father / Guardian CNIC.
- Recent passport-size photograph with white background (in case of non-compliance, the form will be rejected).
- Paid receipt of the Application Processing Fee of Rs. 3500.
*Intermediate Part 2 result awaiting students are eligible to apply on a provisional basis.
For O/A-Level, High School, and International Baccalaureate (IB) students*:
- Attested copy of 8 O Level subjects – Should include English, Mathematics and 3 compulsory subjects (Pakistan Studies, Islamiyat and Urdu).
- Attested copy of the O Level Equivalence issued by the IBCC.
- Attested copy of 3 A Level subjects.
- Attested copy of the O and A Level Equivalence issued by the IBCC.
or if applicable - Attested copy of the High School or IB Diploma (whichever applicable), Transcript, and IBCC issued Equivalence Certificate.
- Clear copy of the B-Form / CNIC.
- Clear copy of the Father / Guardian CNIC.
- Recent passport-size photograph with white background (in case of non-compliance, the form will be rejected).
- Paid receipt of the Application Processing Fee of Rs. 3500.
**A Level result awaiting students are eligible to apply on a provisional basis.

Forman Entrance Admission Test (FEAT)
- For admission in the 4-year Bachelor’s program, the university conducts the FEAT (Accuplacer). It is mandatory to take the Entrance Test.
- The Test Scores are valid for 18 months. If you have already taken the test, please contact the Admissions Office for further information.
- It is a 2-hour computer-based test and is conducted on the university campus.
- FEAT (Accuplacer) consists of 2 parts: English and Mathematics.
- Applicants need not bring any stationary with them for the test.
- Calculators and cell phones are not allowed in the test venue.

- University does not recommend any books for study, but for reference, applicants can use SAT 1 for guidance.
Subject Test for Bachelors of Studies in Biotechnology
- In addition to FEAT, Bachelor of Studies in Biotechnology requires a subject-specific test.
- It is a 30-minute computer-based test and is conducted on the university campus.

- In addition to FEAT, Bachelor of Studies in Computer Science requires two Mathematics tests (Quantitative Reasoning, Algebra and Statistics, and Advanced Algebra and Functions).
- It is a 1-hour computer-based test and is conducted on the university campus.

FEAT (Accuplacer) Admit Card
All applicants who have successfully completed the Admission Form and submitted the Application Processing Fee will be emailed the Admit Card for the test. To ensure that you get the Admit Card in time please read the below mentioned instructions:
- When filling the Admission Form please write the correct email address, the one that is used by you, and you know the password.
- Please keep checking your emails regularly and the Spam folder.
- You will only get the Admit Card if you have sent the correct photograph (Selfies rejected).
- The Admit Card mentions the degree program you have applied for: Bachelor of Studies in Biotechnology, Bachelor of Studies in Business, Bachelor of Studies in Computer Science, or Bachelor of Studies (includes 23 majors).
- Please bring a printed copy of your Admit Card when you come for the test.
- Please read instructions on the Admit Card carefully to avoid any confusion.
How to print the Admit Card?
Please make sure when opening the email that you click the printer icon on the top right corner and then print the email. Do not print the screen (do not press CTRL+P).
