The International Education Office at Forman Christian College (A Chartered University) has collaborated with top ranking Australian Universities. In this regard, FCCU hosted a delegation from the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade). Mr Mark Morley, Trade Commissioner: India and Pakistan, Mr Azhar Shah, Country and Regional Manager for Austrade, Mr Imran Saeed Khan, Regional Business Development Manager were a part of the delegation that visited FCCU.

Chairpersons from the academic departments at FCCU, Ms Cheryl Burke, Chief Student Affairs Officer; Prof Joseph Sun, Vice Rector and Ms Sylvia De Souza, Manager International Education hosted the delegation and discussed with them the various paths that FCCU’s students can pursue at Australian universities. Collaborations with Australian universities and measures for the execution of programs that can provide FCCU’s students with international academic exposure were also discussed in the meeting.

As part of its efforts to develop this collaboration, IEO will be focusing on cultivating student engagement in semester mobility, research prospects, full-time postgraduate degrees, and other aspects of international education.
