The Grand Alumni Reunion 2023 hosted by the Alumni & Advancement Office on March 5th, 2023, was a huge success. The event started with a recitation of the Holy Quran and a reading from the Holy Bible, followed by the National Anthem and a few moments of silence to remember the Formanites who have passed away. Happy International Women’s Day to every member of the Forman community! All of us have mothers and many of us have spouses and daughters. On this day each year, we take time to especially honor women, recalling the oft-repeated Chinese proverb that “women hold up half the sky”. Nearly half of all the undergraduates studying at Forman are female, as are nearly two-thirds of our graduate students. The Career Services and Internships Office organized a Job Fair on February 20th at FCCU, which was a resounding success. The objective of this event was to connect job seekers with potential employers and create a platform for networking opportunities. Over 118 companies participated, and more than 2500 job seekers attended the event. The participants had the opportunity to interact with recruiters from various sectors, including banking, FMCG, IT, and NGOs, and learn about the current job market and employer expectations.
