The Department of Environmental Sciences hosted a seminar titled “Climate Action and Innovation in the Textile Sector” on October 15, 2024. The textile industry is at the forefront of global discussions on sustainability and decarbonization due to its significant environmental footprint. However, new regulations and corporate social responsibility initiatives are driving industries to adopt greener practices.
