Application Process:

  1. Descon will review the CVs to ensure criteria is being met.
  2. A test link will be shared with students.
  3. Candidates will be shortlisted.
  4. Selected candidates join us for FLIP for 2 months.
  5. In these 2 months, engineers will be at DTI (Descon Technical Institute) for 4 weeks andManagement students will be at DTI for 2 weeks.
  6. Engineers will spend 3.5 weeks at DHQ and Management students spend 5.5 weeks at DHQ.
  7. Transportation will be provided for DTI.
  8. Stipend will be given for FLIP.
  9. FLIP will be assessed on the assignments.
  10. The ones who qualify will be promoted to the status of Graduate Trainees for a contract of 1 year with market competitive salaries, no transportation services will be offered to GTs.  
  11. Candidates will be rotated to various business units and will be assessed accordingly.
  12. The ones who meet the criteria will be offered placements as Full Time Employees.
  13. During the internship and graduate trainee program, we expect students to demonstrate maturity and passion in their fields while observing Descon’s Core Values.
