As a Screening Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Screening Advisors to ensure that all pre-employment screening and vetting has been carried out for all staff recruited by our clients, in line with their internal policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
You will be providing administrative support ensuring all staff screening is complete and appropriate documentation is obtained, verified, and recorded according to Service Level Agreements.
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Supporting Screening Advisors in processing the screening & onboarding of new joiners and existing staff
Ensuring 100% accuracy of onboarding and compliance checks in line with the screening standard whilst consistently meeting the contractual SLAs. To maintain data and personnel records in a compliant, confidential, and professional manner, protecting the rights of the individual
Ensuring swift resolutions and responsible action is taken to avoid business & reputational risk when adverse screening results occur
Diligence in the completion of supporting administrative tasks whilst seeking effective process changes to improve the department’s performance within the company
Manage a personal workload of confidential files and undertake or arrange appropriate searches and retrieval of relevant information for pre-employment checks
Review, retain and dispose of records and information under the guidelines of the relevant legislation.

Ideally, you will have a bachelor’s degree. You have great enthusiasm and attitude for the role, a high level of resilience, and strong written and verbal communication, and emotional intelligence.
