Dear Students,

Welcome to FCCU, looking forward to start the new academic year together. Before you arrive for your Orientation on Friday, please read the instructions related Vaccination Policy and comply.

• According to HEC’s prescribed rule about vaccination for all university students, you must get vaccinated before your orientation on Friday (November 05, 2021). If you have not been vaccinated yet, you must get your first dosage on Thursday (November 04, 2021) and download the vaccination certificate.
• You must bring NADRA issued vaccination certificate, original CNIC OR original B-form along with. The vaccination certificate can be downloaded from the following link: https://nims.nadra.gov.pk/nims/certificate
• Please note, you will be able to get the certificate even if you have only received the first dose of vaccination.
• If you have a medical condition and you cannot get vaccinated, please bring medical evidence/vaccination exemption documents along with.
• During orientation, all students will be asked to upload their vaccination information and vaccination certificate on the link provided by FCCU staff.
• If you wouldn’t be able to download the certificate by before orientation, FCCU staff will guide you about the procedure for downloading the certificate. Please note to download your certificate online, you will be required to make the payment of 100 PKR/- to NADRA via Easy Paisa Account or Credit Card. You are advised to have access to either of the given payment options. If you don’t own and have no access to Credit Card, you can activate Easy Paisa Account for making payment.
• If you will not be able to submit the vaccination details by Friday (November 05, 2021) you will not be allowed to continue the term. You will be asked to apply for Leave of Absence and come back in next term if you get vaccinated.
