The Campus Counseling Center (CCC) organized a workshop titled “Stress Management” on Wednesday 10 May 2017.
Mr Arman Ahmed, a Clinical Psychologist currently working at FCCU as Campus Counselor, facilitated the workshop, the topic of which was chosen keeping in view the exam season during which some students suffer from stress and anxiety. Several students participated in the interactive workshop. The facilitator was quite cooperative and encouraged the participants to ask questions. He gave them tips to deal with stress. As the format of the workshop allowed limited participants, everyone got individual attention and enough time to talk about their issues. On Friday 19 May, CCC held a follow-up workshop for those students who could not register for the first workshop because of limited seats. CCC was honored to help Formanites deal with stress by giving them a platform to address their problems. It looks forward to arranging such workshops more often in the future to help Formanites live a better life.
