Zahra has been practicing privately as a clinical psychologist, during her practice she has conducted detailed assessment and management sessions  with a wide and diverse range of people. Zahra is very passionate when it comes to working with youth populations and understands the millennial demographic.

Zahra has worked as a trainee psychologist at places like Sir Ganga Ram and Mayo Hospital, Lahore in adult psychiatry. She believes that every individual is empowered and equipped with a set of abilities that are unique to them and that every individual has the skills that they can polish to learn to effectively deal with situations or life events.

Zahra is empathetic and believes in providing motivation to her clients and Her approach to counseling is influenced by cognitive-behavioral therapy but she uses an eclectic approach to deal with her clients. She remains mainly focused on a person’s self-discovery, and there role and experience in relationships and community systems.
