Nazeef is an energetic and motivated HR professional. During her academics’, she has been awarded Talent Scholarship (USAID) and Certificates of Distinction for ‘Core Values’ and ‘Service’ for the session 2007-2011.
Right after completing her education, Nazeef joined MOJAZ Foundation in November 2011. She was associated with MOJAZ as Senior Program Officer in Human Resource department till January 13, 2018. She has made significant contribution to establish HR department in MOJAZ, reduce staff turnover by providing conducive working environment, implementing employee friendly policies and efficiently responding employee issues.
Nazeef is a value driven team player with strengths in relationship management and driving change. She has hands on experience of recruitment, developing policies and systems and catering to organizational and employee-related issues.
