BRIEF PROFILE

Dr Jawad Tariq Awan is an Associate Professor in Department of Sociology at Forman Christian College (A Chartered University) Lahore. He joined as a regular faculty in 2018 and had worked as adjunct faculty from 2015 to 2018. He has experience of working in multiple public and private sector universities in Punjab. His research interests include social gerontology, marginalized populations, women empowerment, and organizational dynamics. He has a good number of publications in International and National Journals. He has also worked as a Consultant for various National and International organizations. He is proficient in data collection and data analyses software (SPSS, STATA, R, DAPPS, SPECTRUM, SPSS AMOS, NVivo).

Research Interests:

Intra-party dynamics and its relation to political culture, social media and its implications, organizational culture and learning, and problems of aged population in Pakistan.
