Dr. Nayer Fardows is high performing strategic thinking professional with more than 35 years of  experience on distinguish positions in top educational institutes of Pakistan i.e. Principal Edwardes College Peshawar, Director of Studies at Pakistan Military Academy Kakul, Dean at National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) Islamabad, Director Research at National Defence University (NDU) Islamabad, Director HRM at GHQ for National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Director of Studies at Army Burn Hall College for Boys Abbottabad and Army Burn Hall College for Girls, Abbottabad, Director at GHQ for Army Public School and College System and Federal Government Educational Institutions (FGEIS). Remained Chairman of “Armed Forces Board of Higher Education” (AFBHE).
