Atif N. Mughal is an experienced Big 4 Management Consultant with over eleven years of experience in leading complex supply chain and procurement transformation programmes from strategy development through to its execution. He resigned and relocated to Pakistan in September 2018 from the Associate Director position. He has experience in leading multi-cultural and multi-territorial programme teams focusing on stakeholder management and value creation in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Rolls-Royce, Etihad Airways, BAE Systems, Thales Group and Anglo American Plc have been some of his key projects. He won "Project of the Year" and "Commercial Excellence " at MCA (Management Consulting Association) Award in 2018 for his project with Rolls-Royce; this is the premium organisation to recognise management consulting projects in the UK.

 
Atif has been leading the family conglomerate, MarFlex Group, after his relocation from the UK, as an advisor. Since his joining he has restructured the business and focused on the export markets; Sudan and the UK has already started with a number of other African countries in the pipeline stage. 
 
Atif is APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) qualified and CIMA foundation level qualified. He is actively involved in research and has already published two papers. He is also working as a bridge between the industry-academia and has been the GB member of FPCCI in 2021 (Federation Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and founder member of PWIARA (Plastic Waste and Importers and Recyclers Association)
