The Office of Communication and Publications falls under the Office of the Vice Rector. It coordinates with various constituencies of the university to promote the institute’s programs, services, faculty, staff and students. The Office consults in-house clients on their marketing, publications and communications needs. It helps to identify audiences, decides on the most effective communications tools to reach these audiences, facilitates collaborations among different academic and administrative departments, and connects departments to the right FCC-approved vendors to complete projects.
The Communications Office has formulated request forms for its functions of providing publications, media coverage and photography. Effective Tuesday 1 September 2015, these forms will need to filled and submitted to the Communications Office in order to put in requests for publications, media coverage or photography.
