Preparing students for the real world, either in internships or placements, requires a number of support activities. Professional development at the School of Management has two dimensions: the activities of the Business Development Office and internships and placements.
The Business Development Office holds various events to help students. These include workshops on résumé writing, arranging mock interviews, job fairs, sessions with Alumni and providing general advice on how to cope with the demands of professional life.
Internships are an integral part of both the MBA and the Baccalaureate programs. The internship program is designed to give students both experience and an opportunity to apply many of the concepts and tools they have learnt in the classroom.
